Q: Are you a law-firm, a business broker or a tax advisor?

A: No, neither of the three.  We are business people, helping other business people to invest in their best economic, financial and personal interest.  If a file needs legal, transactional or fiscal advice, we use our network of lawyers and other professionals to advice you and complement our services. We are a Registered Immigration Consultant with the California Secretary of State and have subscribed a surety bond of 100.000 USD (Immigration Consultant Surety Bond 2019 n° CA802816).

Q: What additional services do you offer compared to an immigration lawyer?

A: Our approach is investment based, multi-faceted and most importantly entrepreneurial. We want to make sure that your business venture is the best possible as much as allowing you to obtain the visa stamp in your passport. We evaluate your business opportunities and provide suitability and feasibility studies, ensuring you have the right profile for your new project. We work with market research data to enhance your business plan. We write the business plan for our clients.  We assist you to incorporate your new enterprise in the USA and guide you through all administrative steps.  We work with you on branding and marketing to ensure that your product and service corresponds to US clients. We are committed, reliable, passionate and understand your needs, as we have “walked in your shoes” when we applied for our own E-2 visas.

Q: What is your mission?

A: We want to be your “one stop partner”, tying all strings together from the moment you decide to invest in the United States to the moment you feel comfortable in your new home in America.  With our structured, efficient and proven approach, we are dedicated to support you at any time. We collaborate, mastermind and share our ideas with you to ensure you are well prepared for this big adventure.

Q: I can only spend time working on my visa file on the week-ends, as I have a very busy schedule during the week.  Are you then available?

A: Yes, we work seven days a week and are available on Saturdays and Sundays.  Just contact us to arrange the time that suits you best.

Q: Can you help me with my EB-5 choice?

A: Of course. With our financial analysis expertise, we do a full scope due diligence on any project you are considering.  We do however not file EB-5 files, nor broker EB-5 regional centers, as we consider this to be a conflict of interest with our work ethics.  We analyze any investment you are potentially considering to provide you with a competent independent analysis.

Q: Can you guarantee the success of my Visa application?

A: No, nobody can guarantee you the success of any Visa application, as it is the Consular officer who will grant the visa at his/her discretion.

Q: What are your office hours?

A: We are open seven days a week, from 8 am to 6 pm PST. There is usually a 9 hours time difference with Europe, meaning that we are open from 17h (5pm) to 3h (3am) European time.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: Our pricing schedules are transparent and known upfront.  After an initial free consultation, we send you your options, including all prices.  If you are interested in hourly consulting, please prepay by clicking on the “Book your consulting session” button or contact us by email.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: Our online credit card payment system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to pay by bank wire, please contact us.
